Some destinations around the world are so unique that they can only be reached by specific vehicles due to challenging areas, extreme conditions or special infrastructure. These unusual places give adventure travelers a chance to discover distance and wonderful places, and depend on vehicles designed for work.
Such a destination is Dalton Highway in Alaska, which is a burden of dirt road of 414 miles, which discovers some of the most remote and robust areas in the United States. This highway was originally designed to support the Trans-Lilasa pipeline and is largely unposted. Sensally available with heavy trucks or four -wheel drive vehicles, Dalton Highway requires careful navigation through icy conditions, loose gravel and steep characters. Extreme distance means that passengers should be confidence, as there are no restaurants or service stations on the way.

In China, the Guoliang tunnel offers an exciting route to the remote Guoliang village of Tahang Mountain. This hand -cut tunnel is only 12 feet wide and 15 feet high, making it mainly available for small vehicles. Its narrow passages and sharp turns provide fantastic views, but require effective driving. The uncertain design of the tunnel makes it unsuitable for large vehicles, which adds the mystery as a destination to brave brave people.
Another remarkable example is Trolstezen in Norway, a curved mountain near 11 hairpins climbing up 2800 feet above sea level. This road is engraved in the ground and stands with an average grade of 9%. Due to the narrow baskets and narrow streets, mainly of compact cars or motorcycles, Trolstezen provides fantastic views of waterfalls and valleys.
